Homemade Chinese Noodles Spaghetti What Else Should I Eat?

What else should i eat? - homemade chinese noodles spaghetti

Well, what Im trying to lose weight. I do not know what they eat.

I had a small bowl of Kix breakfast with a little milk.
For lunch I'll have pasta salad on the Chinese side. The walk on white rice, Tho, because its not healthy to go, right?
After that, I really do not know what they eat. I think I could run to the store to buy bananas, but I really do not know.
What do you eat?
My food is probably my dinner.
Could a bar Sunbelt Fruit Ice Cream in the coffee can be a Dunkin Donuts or coffee done well at home? Or a piece of white bread with mayonnaise and tomatoes and onions, Lil?

  1. If you try to lose weight, you have everything wrong. That's what you should eat. Lean meat, fish, eggs, poultry, vegetables and carbohydrates such as wheat toast or whole oats, but only in the morning. Do not eat carbs after 3 hours. Only drink water and lots of it.   2. I think you should spend noodles.If Re 'trying to lose weight, you should check with a little brown rice or have a piece of integrals bread.Noodles some great vegetable dish is usually sodium dipping sauces are high in fat.

  3. I assume you are a vegetarian. You should try to eat less carbohydrates and more fruit and vegetables, if you try to lose weight. Eating fruits and vegetables. Try some carrots with hummus snacks, when hunger. I would say maybe whole grain cereal with banana and milk for breakfast, salad and fruit for breakfast or a sandwich, fruit and vegetables and eat pasta with marinara sauce and vegetables for dinner. Do not eat healthy if you lose weight, while the little want to eat.
